We'll clean, restore, and post them back to you via Royal Mail Tracked within 5–10 working days. All postal orders are fully insured while in our care. Perfect for customers outside London or anyone who prefers the convenience of mail-in service.

Select your service tier and add-ons on our website. Pay securely online — you'll receive a booking confirmation and unique reference number immediately.
Place your trainers in a sturdy box with your booking reference inside. Send via Royal Mail Tracked or any tracked courier to our South London address. We recommend removing excess dirt before posting.
When we receive your trainers, we inspect them and send you a confirmation with photos and any notes on condition. If additional work is needed, we'll contact you before proceeding.
Your trainers receive the same meticulous, professional treatment as in-store drop-offs. Every pair is cleaned by trained technicians using eco-friendly products.

Yes! We offer collection and delivery across South London. It's free on orders over £40, or £5 for smaller orders. Book your preferred time slot online and we'll come to you. For customers outside our delivery area, our UK-wide postal service is the perfect alternative.
We use premium, biodegradable, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are tough on dirt but gentle on materials and the environment. We never use harsh chemicals like PERC. Our products are selected to be safe for all trainer materials including delicate suede and specialised knit fabrics.
Absolutely. We offer 10% off when you bring or post 3 or more pairs together. Children's trainers are always 35% off adult pricing. We also have a loyalty programme — every 6th clean is 50% off — and subscription plans for regular cleaners at 15–20% off.
We photograph and inspect every pair on arrival. If any issue arises during cleaning, we contact you immediately. In the rare event of damage, our insurance and clear compensation policy ensure you're looked after. Our terms and conditions outline our liability framework transparently.
