The repair or alteration cost is the same as our standard price list. On top of that, we charge for tracked return postage: £4.50 (up to 1kg), £6.50 (1–2kg), £8.95 (2–5kg), or a quote for heavier items. You cover your own outbound postage cost when sending items to us.
Use a padded envelope or sturdy box. We recommend sending via Royal Mail Tracked or Signed For so you have proof of delivery. Include a clear note with your name, contact number or email, return address, and a description of the work required. For alterations, pin or mark the garment where you'd like changes made.
We're fully insured for garments while they're in our care. For transit, standard Royal Mail compensation applies to both your outbound and our return delivery. For high-value items, we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery or insured courier when posting to us, and let us know so we can use an equivalent service for the return.

Yes — free collection and delivery is available on orders over £25 across Brixton, Streatham, Clapham, Herne Hill, Dulwich, Tulse Hill and surrounding areas. Mon–Fri 9am–9pm and Saturday 9am–1pm.
